Housemade golden puff pastry, filled with Envy apple compote mixed with fresh ceylon cinnamon, green cardamom and allspice, and almond and cashew baked creme

We dare you to cut into this cute gingerbread man!

When you do, youwill be rewarded with an apple filled centre that has been macerated with fresh spices for that ultimate Christmas vibe.

*We recommend rewarming the galette in the oven prior to consuming.

Oven recommendation: 160˚C for 10 – 15 minutes (or until the pastry is crispy)
