We choose apples with just the right amount of sweetness to slow cook in the oven with organic maple syrup for over an hour to caramelise each piece of apple thoroughly and develop a myriad of complex flavours. It’s the perfect match with our house-made golden puff pastry, vanilla custard and caramel sauce.

Perfect dessert for after a meal, afternoon tea…for any occasions really!
