Impress your friends and family when you bring out this professional looking creation that tastes as great as it looks! Designed for home bakers, it contains many classic recipes and techniques you can apply to countless other desserts.
In this class, you will learn:
- To make a caramel, and cook caramel apples
- Classic crumble and pâte sucrée
- Light hazelnut mousseline
- Tips to modernise desserts
Each participant will take home:
- One 15cm diameter tart (ring shaped)
