Coconut sugar scones 椰子糖司康餅
2 hours. $480 per participant
Delicious scones are light, fluffy and warm, and we will show you how to make them even better using 100% plants only with no refined sugars!
In this workshop, you will learn how to:
- Make scones from scratch, with tips and tricks for the perfect scones every time. We will be making a traditional style scone as well as fruit & nuts scones.
- Make simple seasonal fresh compotes and/or curds and coconut crème chantilly.
Each participant will take home:
6 – 8 scones with condiments to take home
Gluten, coconut, oats, pistachio/tree nuts*
